Business/Requirements Analyst

The Business/Requirements Analyst performs elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements in support of business process analysis and software development projects. The Analyst also provides scope management for the projects, review of project deliverables, and documentation and tracking of issues related to requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a Business/Requirements Analyst role.
  • Basic understanding of current web-based technology and software development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have the following abilities demonstrated through experience:

  • Must be articulate with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, RequisitePro and CaliberRM.
  • Must have experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Must have ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Must understand how to analyze and document the user's worldview without being influenced by design or implementation considerations
