Currently Seeking

Senior Java Programmer (2)

We are seeking two intermediate to senior Java Programmers with:

Excellent Java development skills (both Swing and web development experience).
Good working knowledge of XML, Java XML APIs, HTML, CSS, and XSLT is desirable.
Knowledge of C++ and Unix would be an additional asset.
Excellent communications and time management skills.
Overall good software engineering practices.

Business/Requirements Analyst

The Business/Requirements Analyst performs elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements in support of business process analysis and software development projects. The Analyst also provides scope management for the projects, review of project deliverables, and documentation and tracking of issues related to requirements.

We are seeking an Analyst with:

Minimum of 4 years experience in a Business/Requirements Analyst role.
Basic understanding of current web-based technology and the software development life cycle.
The successful candidate will have the following abilities, demonstrated through experience:
- Articulate with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, RequisitePro and CaliberRM.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Understand how to analyze and document the user's world view without being influenced by design or implementation considerations.

User Interface Designer / Information Architect

We are looking for a user interface and user interaction designer.

Responsibilities:

Create prototypes, wireframes, and design comps for software systems.
Produce storyboards, user interface concepts, and general overall design concepts to fit each project.
Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables and final software deliverables.

Required skill sets:

In-depth knowledge of User Interface Design principles, User Centered Design processes, Interaction Design Guidelines, Usability Methodologies.
Prototyping skills using graphics program. (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Ability to create artifacts such as wireframes, site maps, and user scenarios.
Strong illustration portfolio (in electronic and traditional media).
Understands the importance of visual communication to the success of web applications.

Experience with Flash and Rich Internet Application concepts a bonus.
