One year of Customer Support Services must be added to initial purchase; for subsequent years purchasing support is optional.

• Bug fixes within our core search product (this does not include any bugs or problems that can be traced to LiveCycle itself).
• Ten (10) support incidents per year.
• Availability of support personnel Monday to Friday (except holidays), 9am to 5pm Pacific Time.
• Acknowledgement of support call within 24 hours.
• Resolution time depending on complexity of the problem reported.
