  • Adobe AIR is used as the front-end client technology to support data capture offline and online; allows for seamless data synchronization when connected.
  • Adobe LiveCycle DataServices/Coldfusion is used to support data synchronization between the AIR clients and databases and provides the integration layer into other enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, others).
  • Compatible with DB2, Oracle, MS SQL databases.

Details of Customer Support Services for Ensemble Whistler:

  • Upgrades to any of the core product components as new versions of Adobe components are released.
  • Bug fixes within our core Ensemble Whistler (this does not include any bugs or problems that can be traced to LiveCycle itself).
  • Ten (10) support incidents per year.
  • Availability of support personnel Monday to Friday (except Canadian holidays), 9am to 5pm Pacific Time; GMT -8.
  • Acknowledgement of support call within 24 hours.
  • Resolution time depending on complexity of the problem reported.

Support plans with higher Service Level Agreement are available, please contact us for details.
