Our team of User Experience experts employs a User-Centered Design methodology to help you reach your goals. We tailor our process for your specific needs and project timeline, to achieve the desired result in the time provided.

Ensemble’s UX process consists of four stages:

• Requirements Discovery, Analysis, and Validation
  Our experts interface with the client team onsite to understand the needs, goals, and expectations for their product. We look at functional and non-functional requirements, and determine priorities where necessary. This stage of the process also includes interviewing, meeting with, and/or observing the target users.


• Information Architecture and Workflow
  We work with the client team to determine a suitable workflow that will define the Information Architecture of the application. This architecture allows us to ensure we integrate all requirements we find during the discovery session.


• Wire Framing and Beyond
  The entire user experience of the application is sketched out by our designers in this fast-paced iterative process. This stage generally includes numerous design reviews to guide the application and ensure it meets our client’s goals and expectations. We build out prototypes ranging in fidelity to gather feedback and help validate the decisions and assumptions about the end-users and their needs.


• Visual Design
  At this stage, we apply the desired visual design to the application. The visual design can come from current branding guidelines or can be something that we work with the client team to create.
